Return procedure

RETURN CONDITIONS

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return the items.

Items must be returned in the same original condition, unused, unwashed or stained, including all accessories, with the product description tag (label “not removed”), with the original packaging, intact and unused complete with all its parts.

Items ordered online cannot be exchanged or returned to our stores.

Once the product has been received and everything is in order, we will refund you using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Garments returned with signs of being worn or handed over to our returns department outside of the 14 day period will be sent back to the original address.

We will not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping unless the return is due to the product being damaged or defective. In this case, please email us with photos to show us what the damage or defect is.

We remind you that the embroidery, printing, cutting and sewing processes are carried out using artisanal methods. Due to the type of manufacturing workshops, there may be slight differences between the garment shown and the one received, as evidence of the artisanal nature of the production.

We use cotton muslin, Indian gauze, viscose as natural materials to embroider and print. These processes subject these materials to manual processing, therefore, small printing defects, misalignment of embroidery, imperfections in the weave are typical of handcrafted fabrics.

Therefore, the presence of embroidery and the delicacy of the fabrics require washing in cold water, non-direct ironing on the embroidered parts and natural, non-forced drying.

The use of aggressive stain removers and high temperatures damage prints and their colors.

After receiving the return and verifying the damage, we will forward the refund request. Please note that we cannot accept items that are not in the same condition in which you received them. We will update you regularly by email until we confirm that your refund has been processed.

The products must be shipped within 14 days from the date on which you sent the notice of withdrawal, including a copy of the purchase document in the package to the address indicated in the return acceptance email.

For returns made from non-EEC countries, in addition to shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer, any duties or customs charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

If you are a registered user:

  1. log in to your profile
  2. Select the order you want to return
  3. click on the “Return” button
  4. Select the product you want to return by clicking on “ Select ” below choose the “reason for return” in the drop-down menu
  5. If you want, you can insert notes in the " return notes " form
  6. then click on “ Create Return ” you will see a confirmation message: “ Your return has been created successfully !!! You will receive a summary email”

Remember that your return must be taken charge of and accepted by our warehouse, you will receive an acceptance email.

Upon receipt of the return acceptance email:

– Arrange the shipment of the products to be returned at your own expense, sending them to: Antica Sartoria Srl – via Boscofangone CIS Nola Blocco 3 Isola 1 Lotto 160/162, 80035 Nola Na Italia;

– Pack your items: Place your items in the original shipping box, if you still have it, or another well-sealed container. The product must be returned intact and unused , still packaged with the original tags, complete with all its parts, as received at the time of purchase.

We can only refund products that have been correctly returned. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, Antica Sartoria Srl will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back to you.

– You will receive your refund within 8-10 working days from the date our warehouse receives the products. An amount equal to the amount of the initial delivery costs will be deducted from your refund as the cost of shipping the products to our premises. If the order was for initial delivery costs to be free, no amount will be deducted.

Returns usually reach our warehouse in about 5 working days, depending on the collection frequency of the courier you have chosen.

Request proof of shipment from your chosen carrier. If available, request proof of shipment or a return tracking code when you drop off your package with the carrier.

Please retain proof of shipment until you receive a confirmation email when we accept your return.

As a registered user in your account you will be able to view the summary of your orders and the summary of your returns.
