- How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and prepaid cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PostePay), PayPal.
- When will my account be charged?
At the time of ordering, the amount is only pre-authorized. The date of actual charge coincides with the date of shipment of the products.
- What will be the currency of the charge?
Transaction amounts and product prices are always calculated in the local currency of the country where the order is shipped. Prices are always inclusive of VAT.
- Is it really safe to buy from this site?
The highest levels of security are guaranteed in the protection of personal and payment data through a secure connection that uses SSL/TLS certificates to protect the information of each user.
It is important for us to guarantee the security of online transactions carried out: for this reason, the data relating to your credit/debit card (serial number, expiration date and security code) will be sent automatically and via a secure protocol to the bank responsible for providing remote payment services, taking care to prevent any abusive or unauthorised access by third parties.
- My payment was not accepted: what happened?
If you used a credit card, carefully check the data you entered: the number, the type of card selected and the expiration date. If the payment is declined again, contact our Customer Service who will provide you with more detailed assistance.
Finally, remember that it is also possible to pay with PayPal.
- What is CVV/CVC code? And where do I find it?
When paying by credit card, you will be asked to enter your card details.
On American Express cards, the 4-digit security code is located on the front surface above the credit card number.
On Visa and Master Cards, the 3-digit security code is located in the signature box on the back of the card.
If your card requires one, a window will open where you can enter your Secure Code.
If the transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We remind you that the payment is made directly on our bank's server: Antica Sartoria Srl does not have access to your credit card details at any time.
- Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
At the time of purchase you can decide to request an invoice.
The billing data will be the shipping data. You can choose to enter data for a billing address different from the shipping address only within the same country.
The invoice can be issued only after the completion of any additional data such as, for example, the Tax Code and/or VAT number.
Once the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the invoice.
VAT is already included in the price you see on all pages of the site.
We inform you that the invoice relating to your order, sold and shipped by Antica Sartoria Srl will be included in the package you will receive at the shipping address indicated.
In the event of a return with a previous invoice request, a credit note will be issued.
