As of 10:00 AM on October 13, 2025, our website Antica Sartoria by Giacomo Cinque is no longer active for retail sales.
For those who made purchases before this date, it will be possible to access your personal account and request any returns in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), within the legal timeframe.
The online platform will from now on be dedicated exclusively to wholesale activities (B2B).
This decision is part of a broader brand enhancement project, aimed at strengthening our presence on the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Peninsula, the places where our story began.

What are the shipping times and costs?
Delivery usually takes place within 3-6 working days.
The products are delivered via the courier chosen at the time of purchase from Monday to Friday during office hours.
Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
For holidays, we remember: January 1st, January 6th, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, August 16th, November 1st, December 7th, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.
Always choose an address where someone can pick up the order. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, also indicate the name of the contact person.
- How can I track the shipment of my order?
The shipping confirmation email contains the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier's website.
You can find this number in the Orders area and in the shipping confirmation email. For registered users, the status can also be followed in the My Account area.
- What happens if I'm not at home when the courier comes?
The courier will make a further delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automatic email in which you can reschedule the delivery.
It is not possible to make appointments for delivery of the item you have purchased.
If you do not receive this email and the second attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.
We remind you that the courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours.
In the event that the courier is unable to deliver your order, the products will be sent back to the Antica Sartoria Srl warehouse
- Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide with DHL, GLS, SDA courier.
You will be asked to specify the destination country at checkout.
Countries not included in the list are not reached by our e-commerce service.
Any Duties and Taxes specific to your country will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- Are there any addresses you cannot ship to?
We cannot ship and/or deliver to PO Boxes and Post Office Respite.
