- How do you buy?
Purchasing on the website www.anticasartoriapositano.it is quick and easy, you can discover the Antica Sartoria collections in detail, choosing a category from the navigation menu found at the top of the website under “Shop” and using the various categories that interest you.
Once you have found a product that intrigues you, to view the details just click on its photo, where you can discover the technical information on the model and the composition of each product, also finding a description and the price.
On the product details page select your size and the color you prefer, click on "Add to shopping bag" a summary window will open, click on "View shopping bag and proceed to purchase"
Enter your shipping address and payment details, you can check and modify the contents of your cart at any time and you can pay with major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PostePay), with Paypal.
- Do I have to register to complete my purchase?
No, you do not need to register on our site to make purchases.
However, registration is fast, free, secure and gives you access to many benefits:
- Get updates on your order and review past purchases
- save your shipping preferences
- Request returns online and check refunds
- How can I check the status of my shipment?
The order confirmation email contains the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier's website.
If you are a Registered User, you can track your shipment directly from the "My Orders" section.
- Can I change my order before it ships?
The change is possible before the warehouse has processed the order. If you have changed your mind, we recommend that you contact Customer Service immediately, who will check the status of your request.
In any case, within 14 days of delivery of the order, you can request a return, for any reason.
- How can I contact your Customer Service?
You can find the "Contact Us" item at the bottom of the navigation pages. By clicking, a telephone number (free) and a form to send an email will be visible.
Any costs relating to other forms of contact are non-refundable.
- In case of return, will the shipping costs be refunded?
From the delivery of your order you have 14 days to request a return, whatever the reason. You can make the return via the courier of your choice.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way and with all its tags and accessories.
- How to make a return via courier
Contact your trusted courier or postal service, once the return has been sent, send us a copy of the tracking to keep the practice updated.
- Can I exchange my product(s)?
Changes are currently not possible.
- When will I receive my refund after returning my order?
It usually takes up to five (5) business days for a return to reach our warehouse. As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the appropriate checks will be carried out on the returned product.
After processing your return in our warehouse, it will take approximately 8-10 business days for the refund to be visible on your bank account. We will use the same payment method used when placing the order. The crediting time depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution.
- Can I return any product, even if I've just changed my mind?

- Can I change the size or color of a purchased product?
Changes are currently not possible.
- When will I receive my refund?
To get the latest updates on your refund, it's easiest to check your bank account directly. If you paid by credit card and no amount was deducted from your account, the reserved amount will be returned to your bank account.
It will take approximately 8-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
- What happens if I'm not at home when the courier comes to collect the package?
The courier will make a further delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automatic email in which
you will be able to reschedule the delivery. If you do not receive this email and the second attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.
- I received a damaged or faulty product, what should I do?
In case of a faulty product you can contact customer service at the email: customercare@anticasartoriapositano.it sending photos of the product received for verification of the product received with the details of the tag, our staff will give you all the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.
We remind you that the embroidery, printing, cutting and sewing processes are carried out using artisanal methods. Due to the type of manufacturing workshops, there may be slight differences between the garment shown and the one received, as evidence of the artisanal nature of the production.
We use cotton muslin, Indian gauze, viscose as natural materials to embroider and print. These processes subject these materials to manual processing, therefore, small printing defects, misalignment of embroidery, imperfections in the weave are typical of handcrafted fabrics.
Therefore, the presence of embroidery and the delicacy of the fabrics require washing in cold water, non-direct ironing on the embroidered parts and natural, non-forced drying.
The use of aggressive stain removers and high temperatures damage prints and their colors.
After receiving the return and verifying the damage, we will forward the refund request. Please note that we cannot accept items that are not in the same condition in which you received them. We will update you regularly by email until we confirm that your refund has been processed.
