The appropriate request is submitted by contacting the Controller's delegate, in the person of the pro tempore legal representative, at the Controller's address as specified above.

Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this service is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
