INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The data will be processed exclusively by the duly trained staff and collaborators of the company or by the companies expressly appointed as data processors (e.g. for technological maintenance of the site).

Data subjects have the right to obtain from Antica Sartoria S.r.l., in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulations). The appropriate request is submitted by contacting the Controller's delegate, in the person of the pro tempore legal representative, at the Controller's address as specified above.

Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this service is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
